We are seeking someone who is organised with a high attention to detail to support our customer service and warehouse functions. If you’re looking for a role with variety and autonomy, then this is for you What are the essentials? Who? You’re a customer service and warehouse superstar How? Full-time. Where? In our modern new office/warehouse in Rowville, VIC. When? Hiring ASAP, Monday-Friday. What are your key responsibilities? Customer Service Respond to basic customer enquiries (e.g., order status, tracking, delivery queries, product availability) via CRM system. Escalate complex customer enquiries to the appropriate team member. Provide friendly, professional and helpful responses that reflect brand standards. Stock Management & Organisation Assist in stock replenishment on shelves and bins. Maintain clean, organised, and clearly labelled picking locations. Assist in stock checking and basic stock counts as required. Warehouse Operations Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment. Follow all warehouse procedures and health & safety guidelines. Pick and pack customer and wholesale orders accurately and efficiently. Prepare parcels for dispatch, including labelling and packaging. Ensure all orders are packed to company quality standards. Team Support Work collaboratively with the Warehouse & other department team members. Communicate any stock discrepancies or fulfilment issues to the General Manager. Support general warehouse duties during peak sales periods and promotional events. What do you need for this role? Previous experience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify would be an advantage but not essential. An ability to work well autonomously or within a team. Experience working in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills, ability to multi-task, show initiative & think quickly.
