About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to join our passionate and high‑performing sales team. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining strong customer relationships. We’re seeking someone with a “can‑do” attitude, demonstrated selling skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales results. This role offers flexibility — choose a 4‑day or 5‑day work week — as part of our commitment to building a modern, people‑centric sales team. As Slimline continues to grow nationally, we are expanding our sales team and investing heavily in capability, training, and development. Key Responsibilities Build and nurture long‑term relationships with customers Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Make a minimum of 40+ daily calls, including at least 10 outbound calls Manage existing customers through consistent follow‑up, account reviews, and relationship building Represent Slimline Warehouse at trade displays and industry events when required Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience The Successful Candidate Will Have Proven track record in B2B sales with demonstrated selling skills and passion for sales Strong communication and presentation abilities Exceptional planning, time‑management, and organisational skills Ability to work independently Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot highly regarded) Ability to achieve a conversion rate of ≥ 25% from qualified leads to closed deals Highly Regarded Experience in display solutions, signage, POS products, or retail fit‑out Knowledge of retail, hospitality, or commercial business channels Personal Attributes A “can‑do” attitude with a self‑motivated, target‑driven mindset Strong relationship‑building capabilities Alignment with our core values: Customer Focus, Performance‑first Culture, Integrity, One‑Team, Growth, and Sustainability #J-18808-Ljbffr
