Lead and inspire a high-performing customer service/hire coordination team in a national business undergoing exciting growth. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate the hire coordination/customer service team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and booking targets. Support skill development and team training through hands‑on leadership and regular feedback sessions. Oversee order processing, staff workloads, and rostering, ensuring smooth operations and compliance. Champion a proactive "can-do" culture and uphold outstanding customer experience standards. Analyse sales processes and quote conversion, driving follow‑up and identifying opportunities for improvement. Oversee transport and logistics bookings, maintaining service excellence and profitability. Resolve escalations or technical customer requirements and support other business leaders in problem‑solving. About You At least 3–5 years' experience in customer service or hire coordination management. Proven skill in leading, recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent within customer-facing teams. Experience in building and managing a service-focused team, preferably in equipment rental or a similar industry. Driven, organised, and resilient, with strong commercial acumen and results focus. Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills. Confident in identifying training needs and driving continuous improvement and operational change. Strong computer literacy - MS Word, Excel, and ability to work with various business systems. Eligibility to work in Australia and the ability to pass pre‑employment checks.
