The Opportunity This role is perfect for someone who wants to own customer outcomes and help drive company growth. You’ll set the standard for service by taking action, not just directing others. From handling key customer issues to ensuring orders and inventory flow smoothly, you’ll be hands‑on every day—coaching your team, resolving challenges, and making sure our customers experience nothing but the best. What You’ll Do Lead by Example: Be on the front line with your team, setting the tone for urgency, accountability, and customer‑first service. Take Action Fast: Jump in to resolve customer issues, escalations, and complaints—ensuring problems are solved quickly and thoroughly. Empower & Develop: Mentor your team with a hands‑on approach, building confidence, skills, and a culture of ownership. Own the Process: Oversee major customer orders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full supply. Keep Things Moving: Work closely with inventory and logistics teams to understand stock flow and meet delivery commitments. Drive Improvement: Spot issues, streamline processes, and create better ways of working that boost both team performance and customer loyalty. What We’re Looking For Proven Leadership: At least 2 years in a customer service leadership role, with a hands‑on style. Action‑Oriented: A doer who takes initiative and solves problems in real time, not just delegates. Customer Champion: Passionate about creating exceptional experiences and building long‑term relationships. Strong Communicator: Inspiring, clear, and supportive, with the ability to coach and lead a team by doing. Organised & Detail‑Focused: Able to juggle priorities while keeping standards high and customers happy. Tech‑Savvy: Confident with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and ideally Pronto.
