The position General Cleaner Maintain cleanliness in patient rooms, corridors, and common areas. Use hospital‑approved cleaning products and equipment. Restock cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues. Theatre Cleaner Perform deep cleaning in operating theatres and surgical areas. Follow strict infection control and sterilisation protocols. Safely handle and dispose of biohazardous waste. The person Follows strict health, safety, and infection control protocols. Pays close attention to cleanliness and hygiene standards. Understands the need for privacy and sensitivity in a hospital setting. Works well with hospital staff to support patient care. Has or is able to obtain a National Police Clearance.
