Law Graduate/Junior Lawyer

We are seeking a talented Law graduate or Junior lawyer to join our growing team at Grazia Legal. As a full-time position, this role will provide you with the opportunity to be mentored and to gain valuable experience in a wide range of legal practice areas, including employment, education, commercial, wills and estates and commercial litigation. What you'll be doing Preparing, reviewing and advising on court documents, contracts, agreements and other legal documents specific to client matters under supervision and guidance Attending client meetings and court hearings to observe and support the legal process Collaborating with the team to provide exceptional client service and contribute to the firm's growth Learning and developing skills to build and maintain client relationships and providing tailored legal advice File management under supervision, including research, strategy development and managing timelines and client documents Representing clients in courts, tribunals, or alternative dispute resolution settings such as mediation or arbitration where appropriate and under the guidance of senior lawyers Working collaboratively with the team including other lawyers, paralegals and support staff Contributing to the growth of the firm by maintaining a professional network and drafting marketing materials and legal articles What we're looking for A recently completed law degree and PLT or a lawyer 1-3 years PAE Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different audiences Strong research and analytical skills, with attention to detail A proactive, team-oriented approach and a willingness to learn and grow within the firm What we offer At Grazia Legal, we are committed to providing a supportive and dynamic work environment that fosters the professional and personal growth of our team.
