About the role Due to continued growth in our NSW CTP practice, we are offering multiple full‑time opportunities for soon to be Law Graduates; Law Graduates and or Junior Lawyers to join our team working from either our Newcastle or Sydney offices. At Moray & Agnew, we invest in the development of our future lawyers. You will work closely with a highly regarded and supportive NSW CTP team, led by Partners recognised in Doyle’s Guide and Best Lawyers. You will be mentored directly by your supervising Partner and supported by a collaborative, down‑to‑earth team environment. In this high‑volume practice, you will gain hands‑on experience across all stages of CTP personal injury claims, with structured learning, ongoing mentoring and genuine career progression opportunities. What you can expect to be involved in: Assisting with the management of matters for major insurer clients Drafting legal documents, correspondence and advice Preparing applications, submissions, replies and court documents Developing opinion‑writing and file management skills Attending conferences, assessments and mediations, including early advocacy exposure You will also have access to our 2026 Law Graduate National Learning & Development Program, designed to build both legal capability and your confidence as a practitioner while making social connections within your cohort. About you You will have completed, or be close to completing, your law degree and PLT, or you may already be admitted and ready to work full‑time. You have strong academic capability, but what sets you apart is your drive to learn, think commercially and take ownership of your development. Most importantly, you are motivated to begin your legal career and keen to learn in a fast‑paced, team‑focused environment. We’re looking for someone who: Has a genuine interest in insurance litigation and personal injury law Has solid academic results and can apply legal concepts in a practical way Is organised, detail‑focused and able to manage competing priorities Is confident working in a digital, paperless environment Communicates clearly, both verbally and in writing, and is comfortable dealing with clients and colleagues You’ll thrive in this role if you’re proactive, practical and eager to take responsibility for your growth, while working collaboratively in a supportive, high‑performing team.
