Collectermon is a growing Trading Card Game (TCG) store based in Hurstville, supported by a passionate online community and a brand‑new physical shop. We specialise in Pokémon, One Piece, Yu‑Gi‑Oh, Magic: The Gathering, and more — and we’re building a vibrant community hub for collectors and players across Sydney. Part‑time Junior Marketing & Social Media Manager – help grow our brand, elevate our online presence, and connect with players and collectors. If you love TCGs, have a creative spark, and want to help shape the Collectermon community, this role is for you. Part‑time · On‑site / Hybrid What You’ll Do Social Media Management Manage Collectermon’s social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Discord). Create engaging content including posts, Reels, TikToks, and Stories. Engage with the community through comments, DMs, and live interactions. Maintain a consistent posting and campaign schedule. Drive Engagement & Traffic Develop strategies to grow our follower base and drive traffic to both our Hurstville store and online shop. Monitor analytics and optimise content and campaigns. Assist with small paid ad campaigns for product releases and events. Website Updates Upload products, update homepage banners, and ensure Collectermon.com content is accurate. Support SEO improvements and product page enhancements. Assist with coordinating product launches and preorders. Campaign & Community Building Plan and execute marketing campaigns that build a strong local TCG community. Promote tournaments, organised play nights, workshops, and pre‑release events. Support the rollout of our 2026 organised play program for Pokémon, MTG, Yu‑Gi‑Oh, and One Piece. Events & Whatnot Streaming Assist with events marketing and in‑store promotions. Help run and promote Whatnot live streams – including preparing products, assisting during streams, capturing content, and helping grow our streaming audience. Capture photos and videos at events and streams for future content. Other Responsibilities Help manage and moderate our Discord community. Assist with email newsletters and announcements. Create short‑form TCG content (pack openings, store updates, team interviews). Stay across TCG trends, upcoming sets, and community interests. About You Passionate about trading card games or excited to learn. Creative, proactive, and comfortable working independently on tasks. Strong understanding of social media trends and content creation. Basic video editing or graphic design skills are a plus. Positive, community‑friendly attitude with strong communication skills.
