About the Role We’re looking for a Junior Marketing Assistant to jump into the deep end with us and grow inside a fast‑paced, rapidly expanding automotive brand. This is the perfect role for someone who’s hungry to learn, can pick things up quickly, and wants real hands‑on experience across all areas of modern marketing. Hybrid Role Part‑time from home, part‑time in‑office (varies). Office Locations: Sydney or Brisbane. Expected Salary: $55–60K p.a. What You’ll Be Doing Media Buying Support Uploading ads, building campaigns, and handling the grunt work across META, Google, TikTok and more. Assisting senior buyers with optimisation, testing, and creative rotation. Learning how to read data, spot issues, and make recommendations. Follow Direction & Execute Working closely with senior marketers — taking briefs, turning them into tasks, and getting things done efficiently. Supporting daily campaign management and ensuring deadlines are hit. Community & Social Management Replying to comments, managing conversations, and keeping our brand active across all platforms. Monitoring sentiment, escalating issues, and helping maintain a strong brand presence. General Marketing Support Assisting with email builds, automations, reporting, competitor research, basic admin and whatever the team needs to keep things moving. Helping maintain marketing calendars, launch checklists, and campaign documentation. Content Creation Assisting with product photography, short‑form videos, behind‑the‑scenes footage and day‑to‑day creative content. Enthusiastic and willing to try – you don’t need to be a pro. Shopify Work Updating product pages, uploading new items, refreshing copy and making small changes to landing pages. Basic Shopify knowledge is preferred, but training will be provided. Tech & Tools Canva, Adobe, Shopify, Klaviyo, Slack, Google Suite, project management boards, and more. Marketing, light tech support, admin, troubleshooting, and general problem‑solving. What We’re Looking For Fast learner who thrives in a hands‑on environment. Can juggle multiple shifting priorities without getting overwhelmed. Independent thinker who can take initiative and find solutions. Strong energy, curiosity, and willingness to try new things. Interest in cars, detailing, or automotive culture is a bonus.
