Marketing Assistant – Last Man Standing – The Beer Company Location: Milton, Brisbane Hours: Flexible Reporting to: Managing Director About Us Last Man Standing is more than just a beer company – we’re a bold, growing brand built around great products, great people, and great stories. We’re looking for a creative, motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team and help bring our brand to life across digital and social platforms. This is a hands‑on role, ideal for someone who wants to build experience in marketing, gain real responsibility, and be part of an energetic, growing brand. It would suit a university student, graduate, or anyone seeking a creative and exciting opportunity. The Role As Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a key role in building and growing the Last Man Standing brand. You’ll be responsible for supporting and delivering marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on social media , while also assisting with broader marketing activities. You’ll work directly with the Managing Director, contributing ideas, shaping campaigns, and gaining exposure to all aspects of marketing within a fast‑moving business. Key Responsibilities Creating, scheduling, and managing social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) Writing engaging captions, posts and basic website/blog content Assisting with content creation, including photos, short‑form videos and reels Supporting marketing campaigns, product launches and promotions Brainstorming and pitching new creative ideas for brand growth Managing online engagement and community interactions Assisting with events, sponsorships or collaborations when required Basic design work using tools such as Canva (desirable, not essential) Market research and competitor analysis About You We’re looking for someone who is: Creative, proactive and full of ideas Confident using social media personally or professionally Interested in branding, digital marketing and content creation Organised with good time‑management skills Comfortable working independently and in a small, fast‑paced team This role would suit: A university/TAFE student A recent graduate Or anyone looking for a creative, hands‑on role in a growing brand What We Offer Flexible working hours Direct mentorship from the Managing Director Real responsibility and ownership of projects Opportunity to build a strong marketing portfolio A fun, energetic and creative working environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
