Key responsibilities Coordinate marketing activities and provide operational support across campaigns, events, and centre‑level initiatives to ensure timely and effective delivery. Coordinate C&K’s participation in events across Queensland, ensuring centres and staff are equipped with required marketing resources and collateral. Support C&K Kindergartens and Childcare Centres with local area marketing initiatives, providing guidance and materials to strengthen community engagement and brand presence. Assist the Marketing Campaign Manager in the planning and delivery of major campaigns such as Open Week and Enrol Now, including campaign assets, email communications, and local activation support. Manage and monitor promotional merchandise and marketing materials to ensure adequate stock and distribution for campaign and event needs. Contribute to marketing projects and initiatives that enhance brand visibility, audience engagement, and enrolment outcomes. Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including managing email correspondence and our owned assets. What we offer Every C&K career helps children belong and grow. About You Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to multitask. Attention to detail and excellent time management. Willingness to learn. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable using digital programmes such as Microsoft Office Suite, Fresh Service and Canva. Experience in an administrative role, preferably in marketing or a related field (desirable). Ability to develop working relationships with a variety of stakeholders. A tertiary qualification(s) in marketing, communications or a related discipline (or studying towards) (desirable).
