The Role A unique opportunity for a Junior real estate professional to join their team as an Administration and Marketing Assistant. Full time role, Based in the Office. Monday to Friday. Supporting the EA’s & Sales Administrator with the overflow of work Preparing Marketing Materials e.g. property brochures Preparing social media posts with Canva using existing templates Ensure all documents have been received for property to be listed online Entering Data into the CRM System (Agentbox) General admin & reception duties Ensuring the office is neat tidy & ordering office supplies The Perks Base salary $45,000 – $55,000 including superannuation (depending on age & experience) Progression into an Executive Assistant or Sales Assistant Full Training Provided Exposure to a high-performing team The Person Exposure to in Marketing &/ Admin, even if it’s at university or unpaid internship work Completed Year 12 Certificate HSC Someone who wants a career in real estate Certificate of registration / Assistant Agent certificate (preferred but not essential) Strong writing/admin skills, computer skills & attention to detail Must live within 30 minutes of Wollongong Always Confidential.
