You’ll play a key role in shaping the data, insights and processes that guide our regulatory reporting and member outcomes. Collaborating across the business, you’ll support change initiatives, uplift systems and drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Prepare and deliver accurate and timely periodic APRA reporting. Ensure integrity of all information reported and work with team members to resolve data quality issues. Perform calculations and run system queries required for accurate APRA and performance reporting. Maintain strong knowledge of business processes and data sources feeding into investment reports. Maintain market information, data and statistics for Wealth Management products. Respond to and resolve APRA enquiries relating to reports and supplied data. Support and champion change initiatives using strong analytical and investment knowledge. Manage change requests through build, test and implementation stages into BAU systems and processes. Liaise with stakeholders to gather and analyse change requirements. What You Will Bring Relevant industry experience. Tertiary qualification in a relevant business discipline. Experience in investment product management or reporting roles (desirable). Working knowledge of the Australian superannuation industry and applicable regulatory environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver operational excellence within a complex organisation. Demonstrated skills in stakeholder management, analysis, reporting and documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities with accuracy and accountability.
