We are currently recruiting for an experienced Concrete Boom Pump Operator Skills & Experience Minimum 3 years' experience operating concrete boom pumps on commercial or civil projects Experience with boom pumps High Risk Work Licence – PB (Concrete Placing Boom) HR driver's licence White Card (Construction Induction) Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of pump operation and maintenance Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen Excellent communication skills and commitment to safe work practices Team player with a proactive, reliable, and can-do attitude Operate and maintain a new concrete boom pump to deliver high-quality pours Set up, prime, operate, and clean down the pump in line with site and manufacturer requirements Coordinate with site crews for concrete placement on structural pours and slabs Read and interpret pour plans, site drawings, and specifications Conduct daily pre-starts, inspections, and safety documentation (SWMS, Take 5s, JHAs) Perform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting on the machine Follow all site safety procedures and communicate hazards or maintenance issues immediately What's in it for you & the benefits of joining grounded.
