Graphic Designer

We seek a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a background in print design to support our promotional efforts across retailers and online platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) to create high-quality, on-brand promotional materials. This role requires a designer who can efficiently produce print-ready assets while adhering to brand guidelines and managing multiple projects. Alongside other designers, this in-house role will see you manage the end-to-end design process for our global wine, beer, and spirit brands. Location: Next to St Leonards station in Sydney with all-new premium office space. Key Responsibilities Interpret and execute design briefs, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Produce high-quality promotional materials to support our brands, including online, print, and point-of-sale (POS) displays. Ensure all designs are compelling, accurate, and print-ready using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Manage all aspects of promotional material development, from design to distribution. Source and liaise with suppliers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with brand teams, distributors, purchasing, and inventory teams. Oversee the supply of printed and promotional materials, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Work transparently and collaboratively, showing initiative and openness to feedback and suggestions. Proactively offer creative solutions to challenges and ensure designs meet or exceed expectations. Ensure all design jobs are completed efficiently and meet deadlines. Maintain high standards for all work produced, consistently delivering exceptional quality. Suggest improvements to design and promotional activities, providing creative solutions and exploring different approaches. Stay up-to-date with design trends, competitor promotions, and innovations in the print and POS space. Participate in ongoing professional development, recommending relevant industry events and training to enhance skills and keep the design team current. Required Qualifications Proven experience in print design and creating promotional materials for retail environments. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), with a strong portfolio of print-ready designs. Experience working with brand guidelines and producing print-ready materials. Excellent communication and project management skills, with experience managing supplier relationships. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Creative thinker passionate about design, has attention to detail and a collaborative approach. Nice-to-have Qualifications Experience in the wine, beverage, or retail industry is highly regarded.
