Position Summary We have a great opportunity for you to lead the site. Teams are supportive where the process requires every role to have attention to detail as an important link in the chain. This family owned and operated specialist company with over 40 years in the industry. Specialising in soil treatment, pavement/road works and stabilisation services, we value a culture of safety and a commitment to our customers, employees, and the community. We are currently looking to expand our team with a positive, driven and experienced Supervisor/Leading Hand who is passionate about leading their team and driving productivity/efficiency, safety and quality. The ability to prioritise competing tasks simultaneously is essential, together with demonstrated strong planning and leadership skills. Your vast experience and exposure in the civil construction industry is highly regarded. Located in the outer south eastern suburbs of Melbourne & outer regions, the role has vast responsibilities to provide leadership to an established site delivery team. Responsibilities & Requirements A minimum of 3 years recent experience in works similar to road construction/bulk earthworks within the Australian construction sector an advantage. Genuine commitment to workplace health and safety. You are passionate about the great outdoors, working with others towards the same goals. A natural technical flair for problem solving and attention to detail. You are self‑motivated to get the job done right the first time. You are happy to travel to various locations in Victoria and sometimes stay away from home. A flexible and adaptable mindset and are willing to learn new operations. Ability to communicate respectfully to all customers and your colleagues. Hold a Construction Induction Card (White Card). A HR licence will be essential, but HC (Road Ranger) would be preferable.
