What you’ll be doing The successful applicant will support the Car Park Attendant team with Delivering exceptional service to all customers visitors; Monitoring and operating onsite intercom and car park control systems Building and maintaining strong working relationships with all services areas. Taking pride and ownership of all tasks that you will be attending to; Ensuring the car park is clean, safe and operates efficiently at all times; Monitoring traffic management within the car park; Reporting incidents and events accurately and being Worksafe aware; Ensuring that car park standard operating procedures and processes are followed at all times and that the company values are always upheld. About you You will be a customer service professional with experience in a similar role within a busy environment. You will have an in-depth knowledge and/or mechanical understanding to be able to troubleshoot when required, ensuring the customer experience is a positive and inviting one.
