Location Yass & Adjungbilly - Note this is a drive in drive out role Role Overview Mentoring coaching & developing the existing onsite team Day to day responsibility to ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operations Strong customer service focus for residents satisfaction Responsible for understanding / using as required the Site Accommodation Management Systems Actively overseeing the success of the contract KPIs through weekly involvement in client meetings Build and maintain relationships by way of quality delivery on our scope of services to our clients and residents Responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and ensure catering scope requirements and quality are maintained and met Inventory control including stock ordering stock takes & wastage Audit reporting for quality compliance and service standards Responsible for administrative tasks such as preparing reports for head office financial reporting for retail shop & timesheets Maintain a safe work environment and actively provide ongoing feedback about opportunities for improvement Ensuring and documenting staff awareness and adherence to HACCP Safety and Environmental practices and procedures What are we looking for Minimum 3 years experience in the Village Service sector managing a village of 300 residents Ability to lead a large team of 15 Understanding of catering is preferred Have a comprehensive understanding of hospitality services remote site services Strong problems solving skills Experience in performance management & appraisals Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate & develop your team Effective communication skills at all levels client facing and internal Intermediate computer and tech skills Experience in ordering stock-take and reporting Food safety and Hygiene training Experience using FIFO accommodation management systems What you will get in return Join and lead a united and supportive workplace to which our values are demonstrated in all we do Ongoing Permanent position 12 hour days All meals and accommodation provided whilst on site Ongoing support training & development plans for continuous improvement Uniform & PPE provided EAP support provided All applicants will be subject to a police clearance as well as a pre‑employment medical including a drug and alcohol screening.
