Manager People Support Location: Gold Coast QLD At Kinetic were passionate about improving the livelihoods of the communities where we live and operate. We are seeking a Manager People Support to partner with our Regional Leadership Team and deliver Kinetics strategic People Plan at a local level. This role plays a key part in shaping a positive employee experience by providing practical HR advice managing employee relations and leading training initiatives across the region. In this role you will: Partner with leaders across the region to build an effective engaged workforce. Provide expert advice on employee relations performance disciplinary and grievance matters. Lead the Training Team to deliver quality learning and development programs. Report on people trends and outcomes providing recommendations for improvement. Ensure compliance with workplace regulations and international standards. Foster a workplace culture that reflects Kinetics values of care inclusivity and performance. What you'll bring: Tertiary qualification in human resources business psychology or related field. Experience supporting leaders through complex employee relations matters. Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage influence and collaborate across all levels. Commitment to diversity equity and inclusion. Excellent communication organisation and attention to detail. A proactive hands-on approach with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
