We’re a small but growing business, proud of our reputation for reliability, safety, and results — and we’re looking for an experienced supervisor to join our team. About the Role We’re seeking a hands‑on Crushing and Screening Supervisor to lead daily crushing and screening activities across multiple sites. You'll oversee your crew, ensuring production targets are achieved safely, efficiently and to a high standard. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys problem‑solving and leads by example with a strong safety‑first mindset. Key Responsibilities Supervise crushing and screening operations and personnel on site Coordinate production schedules and ensure plant efficiency Lead by example with a strong safety‑first approach Conduct pre‑starts, inspections, identify maintenance needs, and report issues Liaise with management to optimise production and site performance Maintain accurate daily site diaries and daily dockets for claims and reporting Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence What You’ll Bring Proven experience in a supervisor role, leading a small team (manufacturing or crushing/screening preferred) Ability to lead, coordinate, and motivate a team effectively Strong understanding of crushing and screening equipment, with mobile and fixed plant experience (maintenance knowledge highly desirable) Excellent problem‑solving and mechanical aptitude skills Strong planning, organisational, and communication abilities Practical understanding of incident response, risk management, and compliance Competency with basic phone apps (we use Form Sumo) Qualifications Construction Industry White Card RII Machinery tickets for Dozer, Front End Loader and Excavator Knowledge and experience with crushing and screening Flexibility to travel when required What’s on Offer Leadership role in a growing company Competitive remuneration package Immediate start for the right candidate Supportive work environment with a focus on safety and teamwork Apply Now If this sounds like the role for you, hit the “Apply Now” button and submit your cover letter and resume.(Please note: only successful applicants will be contacted.) #J-18808-Ljbffr
