Operations Manager (Crushing & Screening) MCV Holdings is a mobile crushing and screening company based in Luscombe. Since 2020, we’re delivering quality outcomes across local, interstate, and intrastate projects. About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the operational side of the business. You’ll manage day‑to‑day activities while also identifying new opportunities, building customer relationships, and driving growth. This is a hands‑on leadership role — perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced industry, enjoys problem‑solving, and takes pride in delivering results. You’ll lead a team of supervisors who manage their own crews, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure production targets are consistently achieved. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage daily operations, ensuring people and equipment readiness Monitor job profitability, cost efficiency, and plant utilisation Oversee training, qualifications, and compliance with all WHS standards and regulations Build and maintain strong relationships with staff, clients, contractors, and stakeholders Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence What You’ll Bring Proven experience in operations management (manufacturing or crushing/screening preferred) Strong people management skills, including training, engagement, and workforce planning Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written Practical understanding of incident response, risk management, and compliance Competency with basic computer programs (Outlook, Word, Excel) Qualifications Construction Industry White Card Knowledge and experience with crushing and screening (preferred) Flexibility to travel when required What’s on Offer Senior leadership role in a growing company Competitive remuneration package Opportunity to shape operations and influence business growth Supportive work environment with a focus on safety and teamwork.
