Kurdle is a leading supplier in the hospitality and packaging industry, operating with over 15 years of trusted service across Australia. We’re looking for an experienced and motivated operations manager to oversee our growing warehouse and logistics division. About the Role This role is central to the success of our warehouse and distribution operations. You will lead a team of warehouse packers and drivers, oversee day-to-day stock movements, and ensure efficient workflows across the warehouse. With 600+ pallet spaces and 400+ SKUs to manage, this position requires strong organisational and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities Manage and direct a warehouse packing team (5+ staff) Manage and oversee the driver fleet (3+ staff) Route daily delivery vehicle runs to ensure timely deliveries Oversee all incoming and outgoing stock movements Manage warehouse and pallet layouts based on stock flow and demand Liaise with the purchasing team on stock levels and warehouse capacity Oversee and roster casual warehouse staff Direct workflow and daily tasks for warehouse efficiency Conduct monthly stocktakes and reconcile results with the company’s inventory management systems Maintain accurate labelling on all pallets and stock to ensure clarity and accessibility for warehouse staff Work alongside the warehouse team, assisting with duties to ensure the smooth running of daily operations Maintain and enforce workplace health and safety standards to ensure a safe environment for all staff. Technology & Systems While not essential, experience with similar systems will be highly regarded. Kurdle currently uses: Unleashed – Inventory Management System Mintsoft – Warehouse Management System Solbox – Fleet Delivery & Routing Software Microsft office – Word and Excel Ideal Candidate Strong leadership and team management experience Background in warehouse operations and logistics Excellent planning and organisational skills Comfortable with technology and willing to adapt to new systems Forklift licence and hands on logistics background (required) Hours Monday to Friday — 9:00am to 5:00pm Why Join Kurdle?
