Operations Manager – Buildsafe Buildsafe is an innovative leader in the building and construction industry, specialising in scaffold and height‑safety systems, alongside our rapidly growing BuildCam camera‑monitoring division. With BuildCam expanding nationally, we are seeking a strong people leader and operations professional to oversee day‑to‑day service delivery and support the next stage of our growth. About The Role The BuildCam Operations Manager oversees the end‑to‑end delivery of BuildCam services, including customer service, field operations, installation teams, logistics coordination, and stock control. This leadership role is essential to service quality, operational efficiency, and the performance of the BuildCam division. You will lead our Customer Specialist, Technicians, and Installers to ensure safe, professional, and timely service delivery while driving continuous improvement in partnership with the General Manager. Core Operational Oversight Team Leadership & People Management Operational Oversight & Service Delivery Scheduling, Field Coordination & Logistics Stock Control, Inventory & Compliance Customer Service & Stakeholder Engagement Reporting, Administration & Business Support About You 3–5 years’ experience in operations management and leadership Experience managing multi‑disciplinary teams (desired) Exposure to the construction, building, or service delivery industry (highly advantageous) Strong operational capability across scheduling, coordination, and administration Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), Microsoft Office, and operational platforms Demonstrated experience improving workflows, processes, and operational efficiency Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, reactive, high‑volume environment A hands‑on, team‑focused approach What’s In It For You Permanent full‑time role based at our Arundel office Occasional interstate travel (approximately monthly) Leadership opportunity within a rapidly expanding technology division backed by a national, established brand Supportive, team‑focused environment with strong leadership visibility Monthly lunches and regular team events Employee Assistance Program for you and your immediate family Uniforms provided Annual performance reviews to ensure you’re supported, recognised, and progressing Access to discounted gym membership through Fitness Passport Employment Details Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level Employment type: Full‑time Job function: Management and Manufacturing Industry: Construction Location: Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia Salary: A$75,000.00 – A$100,000.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr
