Tranzformd is seeking an experienced Process Consultant to support a major enterprise operating model transformation within a large and complex government education (or similar public sector) organisation . This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role requiring strong consulting capability, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments. Ideally someone at a Senior/Managing Con with big 4 background. As part of Tranzformd's transformation team, you will work onsite with the client to assess current‑state processes, identify improvement opportunities, design future‑state operating models, and support change implementation across multiple functional areas. You will work closely with business leaders, program teams, and technical partners to drive clarity, alignment, and measurable business outcomes. Initial 6 month FTC. Opportunity #yourrole By joining Tranzformd, you will be working with ASX listed companies on transformation strategies, initiatives and programs of work. This might include but is not limited to the following: Lead end‑to‑end process analysis, mapping, and optimisation across multiple enterprise functions within a large government education environment. Facilitate workshops with cross‑functional stakeholders to understand pain points, capability gaps, service delivery constraints, and improvement opportunities. Develop high‑quality deliverables including current‑state assessments, process maps, service workflows, maturity assessments, roles & responsibilities (RACI), business requirements , and future‑state process designs. Support design and implementation of the target operating model , ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, governance structures, and organisational priorities. Provide expert guidance on process standardisation, service model redesign, workflow optimisation, and technology/process alignment. Engage and influence senior stakeholders across a complex multi‑agency or multi‑division environment, ensuring buy‑in for recommended improvements. Collaborate with Program Managers, Change Managers, Business Analysts, and technical teams to ensure successful adoption and embedding of new processes. Identify risks, dependencies, and organisational impacts, supporting development of implementation roadmaps and change strategies. Ensure all consulting activities align with Tranzformd's delivery standards and contribute to high client satisfaction and successful transformation outcomes. Required Qualifications Proven experience as a Process Consultant, Business Process Analyst, or Operating Model Specialist in complex enterprise environments. Experience working within or consulting to government, education, or large public sector organisations . Demonstrated expertise in enterprise operating model design, process optimisation, and service delivery transformation . Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage executive, operational, and technical stakeholders. Proficiency in process modelling methodologies and tools (e.g., BPMN, Lean, value‑stream mapping). Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability, with the ability to translate complex processes into clear insights and recommendations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing professional consulting deliverables. Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments with competing priorities.
