Teacher – Upper – Years 5‑6 Department of Education, Western Australia We have 2, 12‑month fixed‑term, full‑time positions commencing Term 1, 2026 with possible extension. The Role We are excited to advertise two full‑time teaching opportunities: one for a Year 6 class and one for a Year 5 class. We are ideally seeking experienced upper‑primary teachers with exceptional interpersonal skills, a natural ability to communicate effectively and to foster genuine relationships with parents, students, and colleagues. As a primary teacher you would promptly establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment, set high expectations and cultivate a growth mindset, while nurturing students’ social and emotional development.
