About the role We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Hyundai Material Handling WA' in Bassendean, WA. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring the smooth running of administrative functions and providing support to the wider team. What you'll be doing Chasing customer Purchase Orders Creating Jobs on the go Service job automated scheduling Creating Purchase orders for the technicians Van Maintenance Scheduling Monitoring Customer purchase orders Delivery Dockets creating and receiving Monthly/weekly/daily hire billing Machine PPSR Management New customer Registrations Casual Hire Contracts Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable Purchase Order maintenance Document Control Customer Purchase orders spreadsheet and maintenance Asset Register – Stock Items Fiscal Finance Cashflow Budgeting Keen to find better solutions to work flows Wants to be a team player and add value to current operations Help General management reporting What we're looking for Minimum 3-5 years experience in an office management or administrative support role Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise all daily tasks Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Proficient in using Xero. Insphire software experience wanted but not required.
