Role Overview The Office Manager is a full-time permanent position and plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of TDDA- Kewdale. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a compliance-driven environment and can manage administrative functions, client coordination, team support with precision and professionalism and basic accounting tasks. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily office operations to ensure smooth scheduling and client servicing Manage staff roster and appointments for Drug and Alcohol Testing services. Monitoring work performance of staff Handle Client enquiries and bookings with professionalism and accuracy Facilitate resolution of problems Ensuring office equipment and supplies are maintained Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations Ensuring work complies with relevant government legislation, policies and procedures Assist with invoicing and basic bookkeeping using Xero and internal sysments Support management with reporting and team communication Skills & Qualifications Min 2 years experience in office management, administration, or compliance roles Strong organisational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Understanding of workplace safety, privacy, and compliance frameworks Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Manual Driver’s license required.
