About The Opportunity

Programmed has recently expanded its operations and established a new depot in Epping, serving as the base for our outer-northern Local Government Area (LGA) grounds maintenance service contracts. We are looking for multiple Gardeners/Mowing Operators to join our dedicated team, committed to delivering exceptional maintenance services for our valued clients. This is an excellent opportunity for secure, long-term employment with the added bonus of working outdoors while earning a steady income.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a range of commercial out-front and zero turn mowers and other small plant equipment
  • Weed & pest control – spraying and manual weeding
  • Gardening, mulching, slashing and whipping, brushcutting and planting
  • Ensure the sites are maintained and presented at a high standard
  • Ensure compliance of all occupational health and safety processes and procedures

About You

To join our team, ideally, you will have experience in gardening and landscaping, with a passion to provide quality work and a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others. Additionally, you will have

  • Qualification or experience in horticultural parks and gardens, gardening and landscaping
  • Current driver's license & white card - MR license is beneficial
  • Demonstrate a professional approach to the workplace
  • Execute work that is of a high standard
  • A strong commitment to and understanding of quality, environmental, occupational health, and safety management systems
