Position Overview As a Workshop Controller at mycar, you’ll be the central driver of workshop efficiency and quality. Your day-to-day will include allocating jobs to technicians, managing workflow, and ensuring repairs are completed to the highest standard. You’ll work closely with the team to troubleshoot mechanical issues, provide technical guidance, and support technicians in delivering safe, accurate, and timely work. You’ll champion exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer leaves with confidence. At the same time, you’ll foster a high-performing, motivated team culture where safety, quality, and communication come first.
