About the Role As an Administrative Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our Account Management team, providing essential administrative support, managing reporting and analytics, and coordinating across multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer outcomes. This is a full‑time, in‑office role based in Surry Hills, reporting directly to the Account Manager. Key Responsibilities Administrative Excellence & Coordination Provide high‑quality administrative support to the Account Manager and wider sales team Manage group email inboxes and coordinate timely responses Maintain calendar management and schedule coordination Prepare meeting minutes and track action items Create professional customer forms and documents in Word and PDF formats Reporting & Analytics Generate and maintain weekly sales reports, order volume tracking, and financial performance metrics Manage and monitor customer back‑order reports and WIP (Work in Progress) reports Develop and maintain product range plans in Excel and PowerPoint Track key performance indicators and identify trends and opportunities Assist in monitoring GP margins and sales performance E‑Commerce & Digital Support Support e‑commerce site updates with product information and specifications Coordinate product uploads and ensure accuracy of online content Maintain digital catalogues and customer‑facing materials Cross‑Functional Collaboration Liaise with Demand Planning, Design & Product, Production, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams Participate in Sales & Operations meetings to track production schedules and delivery timelines Coordinate with Production on product sourcing, embroidery codes, and sampling requirements Support the Customer Service team to ensure outstanding client support Assist with uniform fittings at our Sydney‑based fitting centre as needed Systems & Processes Learn and develop strong working knowledge of our ERP system (comprehensive training provided) Maintain accurate records and documentation across multiple platforms Support continuous improvement of administrative processes Key Relationships Internal: Account Manager, Demand Planning, Design & Product, Production, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Management teams External: Clients, suppliers, and logistics partners About You Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience in administrative coordination or sales support roles High‑level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) High‑level proficiency in Microsoft Word (professional document creation, forms, templates) High‑level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (creating polished presentations and range plans) Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and create meaningful reports Excellent written and verbal communication skills Customer‑centric approach with ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships Proactive problem‑solver who can work independently and as part of a team Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast‑paced environment Highly Regarded Experience or knowledge of the apparel/fashion industry Understanding of supply chain processes and garment product development Experience with e‑commerce platforms and content management Familiarity with ERP systems #J-18808-Ljbffr
