Join our friendly team in a growing retail business supporting the senior purchasing officer with end-to-end purchasing activities, ensuring continuity of supply and compliance with internal policies. This is a full-time role at our premises in Brendale with a stable and growing business in the construction and renovation supply industry. There is room for advancement in this role for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Assist with maintaining optimal stock levels and an accurate stock masterfile. Review purchase orders for accuracy and availability with suppliers. Ensure quotations are valid and meet internal procurement and risk policies. Liaise with suppliers to evaluate pricing, quality, and delivery performance. Provide site support for ERP queries and assist with invoice matching and discrepancy resolution. Monitor overdue orders and expedite to maintain supply continuity. Skills, Experience Experience in purchasing or a similar role. Experience with Pronto ERP or similar would be highly desirable. Microsoft Office Suite experience and intermediate to advanced Excel skills are a must. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
