Job title: Physiotherapist wanted in South-East Melbourne - Private Practice Work Hours: Full-Time/ Part-Time Position Available Salary: $37-$42/hr + super Location: Brighton, VIC Roles & Responsibilities: Our Client is a Physiotherapy Centre with a strong Clinical Pilates focus. Only evidence-based and clinically proven treatments are used. Varied case load and a genuinely friendly, supportive and caring environment. You will be able to use familiar Physio techniques and gain further experience in these areas. You will also be able to learn new diagnostic and treatment techniques, such as hands on skills, Real Time Ultrasound use and our unique full body diagnostic assessment system (highly beneficial for diagnosing existing pathologies and screening for issues which have not yet become symptomatic). Conducting initial assessments using our full body diagnostic assessment and regular reassessments Using Real Time Ultrasound to assess the strength and control of the TA and multifidus muscles Spirometry and BMI assessments Writing reports to patients following the initial assessment/reassessment Liaising and building relationships with the patient's/client's GP where necessary by sending them the progress reports Running individual Clinical Pilates classes Running small group (up to 4 people) Clinical Pilates classes For Physios: Conducting initial physiotherapy sessions as well as subsequent sessions Benefits of joining us: Friendly and genuinely caring environment Industry leading salary package (hourly, commission-based or combination salary can be considered) Salary includes superannuation and leave entitlements Great opportunities to sufficiently increase your earnings through our exciting incentives reward program 1 day of recharge leave Unlimited Clinical Pilates sessions with us for yourself and one other person Strong PD - weekly mentoring sessions and inservices on a range of topics Generous PD allowance with substantial financial support Full training provided and continuous support as you grow your skills Great career growth opportunities About You: You are a Physio ideally with Clinical Pilates experience who loves working with reformers and other Clinical Pilates equipment. You are keen to learn and always strive to widen your knowledge and implement new evidence-based and clinically proven treatment options. You are able to work two evening shifts and 1-2 Saturdays per month Skills and experience: Tertiary qualified Physio Full AHPRA registration Clinical Pilates experience is highly desirable
