The Opportunity As a Customer Service Representative at Gallagher, you’ll play a key role in supporting our resellers and customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded every day. You’ll work alongside our Territory Managers to deliver outstanding service, solve problems, and make a real impact on the customer experience. What You’ll Be Doing Responding to customer inquiries, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for resellers and customers. Partnering with Territory Managers to support key initiatives and grow customer relationships. Keeping accurate records and managing customer data. Contributing to a supportive and collaborative team environment to ensure team success. The Fit We’re looking for someone who’s eager to start their professional career and make a real difference.
