We’re looking for a Patient Liaison Assistant to join our friendly, professional team. As such, your role will cover a variety of reception duties including all aspects of communicating with patients, booking appointments, attending to incoming telephone calls and queries, incoming emails, checking patient information and referrals and maintaining a smooth running and efficient practice. Your skills and experience: Experience in medical reception, particularly within a specialist practice, preferred A proactive, self-starter who demonstrates initiative and a strong work ethic Experience with Genie (or similar medical practice software) would be advantageous Ability to deliver exceptional customer service, with a professional phone manner and impeccable personal presentation Possess an outgoing, friendly and polite demeanour Computer proficiency with a strong aptitude for utilising computer skills effectively Training will be available to the successful applicant; however, we are looking for an applicant who has the majority of the above skills.
