Responsibilities Measurement, estimating and cost planning for commercial construction Research estimates of equipment, materials and labour requirements Appreciate size of labour crews and the physical constraints of the site Trade quote evaluation and negotiation skills Cost and Value Engineering Tender preparation, submissions and Contract reviews Prepare Budgets Work as an integral team member Qualifications The ability to analyse, compare and interpret detailed specifications Ability to conceptualize project drawings / brief Remuneration to reflect experience Demonstrated experience in construction projects ranging up to $15M+ Outstanding organisation, measuring & communication skills You will desire to advance your career by working with the best people of industry Developed knowledge of construction methodology, buildability and the sequence of operations.
