Overview Join to apply for the Senior Full Stack Engineer - AI assisted Development role at Fyndr Group . This position focuses on building an AI-assisted enterprise operations platform. The role has two phases: build the platform and make it smarter, embedding AI-powered features using large language models, creating predictive insights, conversational workflows and data-driven recommendations. We’re hiring a Senior Engineer to help build and modernise the next generation of enterprise operations technology. This new platform will power critical functions such as workflow automation, order management, point-of-sale, scheduling and reporting. You’ll work in an AI-first engineering culture , using tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor IDE and LLMs to move fast, then applying your senior engineering skills to review, optimise and ship production-ready software. Location & Environment Location: Sydney (Hybrid, 4 days in the city office) Environment: Build full-stack tools using Node, TypeScript, and React with integrated LLMs, agents, and GenAI logic to automate internal workflows and insights.
