Senior Systems Accountant

Our client, a Private Equity‑backed retail business, is undergoing significant systems transformation and is seeking an interim Senior Systems Accountant to drive the implementation of a new consolidation system that supports their international operations across APAC, Europe, and North America. Sitting above the group’s core ERP environment, you will assist to evaluate, select, and implement the most appropriate consolidation system to support a complex, multi‑entity finance structure. This role will lead the full project lifecycle from scoping and vendor selection through to design, testing, deployment, and user adoption. Key Responsibilities Support the assessment and selection of a new consolidation system for the global finance function. Oversee integration with the existing ERP and ensure seamless alignment across regions. Project manage the end‑to‑end implementation process, ensuring timely delivery and strong governance. Partner with Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure successful rollout and system optimisation. Provide training and support to finance teams during transition to the new system. Key Requirements Senior finance professional with experience in project management, finance systems and consolidation processes. International exposure, EMEA preferred. Experience within PE‑backed or fast‑paced, high‑growth organisations highly regarded.
