The Opportunity Cleveland Gardens Retirement Living is a large retirement living community, home to 200+ units & apartments and boasts a range of amenities such as a pool, bowling green and more. As part of our maintenance and gardening team, you’ll spend your days outdoors caring for the gardens and grounds across the village. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to connect with residents, work both independently and with the team, and take pride in keeping the community looking its best. If you enjoy being outdoors — regardless of your experience — join us This is a permanent full-time opportunity working Monday-Friday 7-3pm Your Impact Working with the fellow Gardeners to maintain all village gardens including weeding, mowing, hedging, pruning, mulching and green waste removal Ensure all community spaces are appealing and safe for our community and visitors Carry out preventative groundskeeping tasks around the community as per schedules Complete additional adhoc tasks delegated to you by Community Manager Build strong relationships with our residents and enjoy helping them to live their best lives with well‑maintained areas. What we offer $28.96/hr + extra 5% above award allowance ($30.40/hr) + superannuation + relevant award entitlements including penalty rates and overtime.
