Casual Gardener – Thirteenth Beach Golf Links Thirteenth Beach Golf Links – Barwon Heads VIC Casual | 2–3 Days per Week | Bellarine Peninsula, Victoria Thirteenth Beach Golf Links is one of Australia’s premier coastal golf destinations, featuring two championship courses, a clubhouse precinct and a beautifully maintained estate. We are seeking a reliable Casual Gardener to assist with the upkeep and presentation of our clubhouse, lodge gardens, car parks and landscaped areas across the estate. This hands‑on outdoor role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in presentation, and is seeking flexible and consistent casual shifts. About the Role Reporting to the Course Superintendent, you will help maintain key areas across the property. Key responsibilities Maintaining gardens around the clubhouse, lodge precinct, car parks and estate Weeding, pruning, mulching, trimming and general garden care Mowing and basic use of small equipment Maintaining pathways, entrances and presentation areas Assisting with planting and small landscape projects Ensuring gardens and surrounds remain tidy, safe and welcoming for members and guests About You Has gardening, horticulture or grounds maintenance experience (preferred) Enjoys hands‑on outdoor work Has strong attention to detail and pride in presentation Can safely operate small garden tools and machinery Works well independently and in a small team Holds a current driver licence Is available 2–3 days per week on a casual basis A horticulture qualification is beneficial but not essential.
