Landscape Tradesperson

WEM Scape has a rewarding opportunity for a Landscape Tradesperson to join the Maintenance team. We have a strong portfolio of work with multiple projects underway across Sydney's Northwest and Southwest. This role requires travel to job sites across the area. Key Responsibilities Undertake landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, edging, pruning, mulching, fertilising, and weed control. Maintain and care for trees, shrubs, turf, garden beds, and other softscape elements to ensure healthy growth and visual appeal. Operate and maintain small plant and equipment including, mowers, trimmers, blowers, and spray units Assist the team leader with inspecting sites to verify services like mowing, fertilizing, and plant health, ensuring quality standards are upheld. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of sites, ensuring all worksites are left safe, tidy, and compliant with environmental standards Lead and mentor Landscape Labourers and Apprentices, sharing expertise and fostering a skilled, motivated team.
