Senior Internal Communications Advisor

works alongside the Senior Manager Internal Communications to provide internal communications support and advice for our Customer & Transformation team.This role is crucial for mobilising and inspiring our people about Bupa’s ambition to be the most customer-centric healthcare company and how we are delivering more connected care for our customers.The role builds effective cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders within the Customer & Transformation Office and broader Bupa, and is responsible for developing effective digital, written, and visual communications as well as event support all with a strong focus on driving employee engagement.How will I help?Responsible for supporting the Senior Manager Internal Communications by proactively developing a forward plan of internal communications initiatives in support of business objectivesBe a trusted, influential advisor who is deeply embedded in the business and who understands key stakeholders and dynamics and considers these in the advice or communications contentDevelop and deliver internal communication plans and services in support of the business’ strategic and operational objectivesDevelop and execute communications content that is timely, consistent and on message to ensure alignment to business strategy in Asia Pacific(APAC) as well as Bupa globallyWork collaboratively with the APAC Internal Communications team to deliver initiatives that engage and inspire our people, as well as promoting and protecting our reputationWhy work at Bupa?We keep our people smiling by helping them improve their lives in and outside of the office.We’re a welcoming lot, no matter who you are or where you’ve come from.
