The role of Claims Assessor will see you taking responsibility for the prompt and fair assessment of claims. You will be reporting directly into the Service Manager - Trade Credit & Surety and working within a collaborative supportive and dedicated team. Your new role Process claims promptly and in compliance with regulations. Handle all written and verbal communications with customers. Maintain a strong customer service focus especially in challenging situations. Support the implementation of the Claims strategy. Keep files systems and databases accurate to reflect the Claim Management process. Share competitor and market activity insights with the team and actively engage in training and coaching to meet QBE and customer expectations. About you We are looking for a driven and motivated individual who is commercially minded and solution focused. Claims experience in a specialist or financial insurance class is highly regarded. Background in insolvency accounting banking or finance is highly regarded. Experience working with brokers and / or corporate customers is highly regarded. Strong customer-focused experience with analytical and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively and influence internal stakeholders. Team-oriented resilient and accountable acting with integrity under pressure.
