Workplace Coordinator @ Fashion Ecommerce Join to apply for the Workplace Coordinator @ Fashion Ecommerce role at Hatch About the Role As our Workplace Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our office operations – the friendly face that welcomes guests, the go‑to person for employees, and the organiser who keeps our space safe, well‑stocked and running efficient. Responsibilities Welcome and assist employees and visitors, managing enquiries professionally. Act as the central point of contact for workplace queries across the business. Conduct regular audits to ensure safety, cleanliness and sustainability standards. Manage mail, couriers and deliveries. Monitor and order office, kitchen, warehouse and uniform supplies. Raise and process POs and invoices for Facilities, Security & Workplace and support Operations. Support employee onboarding/offboarding through equipment coordination. Enter data for invoicing and key sustainability metrics. Plan and deliver employee engagement activities and calendar events. Coordinate staff Sample Sales and related communications. Liaise with Internal Communications, DIB, Sustainability, IT, Security and Finance on events and initiatives. Coordinate catering vendors and event bookings. Qualifications Experienced in workplace, customer service or office management roles, ideally with exposure to facilities and health & safety management. Highly detail‑oriented with a strong commitment to excellent customer service. Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing. Flexible and willing to travel between sites. Positive, motivated and proactive – able to handle ad hoc, sometimes urgent duties with composure. Committed to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for employees and visitors.
