Infrastructure Maintenance – maintain and clean all farming infrastructure including sheds, yards, gates, water/irrigation systems; perform routine maintenance, minor repairs, and basic arc welding for fence and yard repairs. Transport and Logistics – operate farm trucks and utility vehicles for the transportation of feed, hay, livestock, and general farm supplies between properties and holding yards. Specialised Farm Machinery Operation – Operate CAT D7 Bulldozer for heavy field preparation, vegetation control, and clearing land for pasture improvement and cropping setup. Utilise IT28B Loader for managing bulk feed supplies, moving large hay/silage bales, and clearing fence/yard areas. Operate MultiOne Mini Loader for detailed work within confined stockyard spaces and distributing specific supplementary feed rations. Perform pre‑start checks and log routine maintenance on all specific machinery. Pasture & Feed Management – operate other tractors and implements for general pasture maintenance, weed spraying, and preparing or distributing hay/silage. Essential Qualifications & Experience Demonstrable hands‑on experience and proficiency with the specific machinery listed above (CAT D7, IT28B, MultiOne Mini Loader). Proven competency and safety record operating farm trucks for transportation duties. Proven competency and safety record operating 2‑wheeled motorbikes for stock work and mustering. Minimum 2.5 years of full‑time, practical experience as a Farm Worker in a livestock‑focused environment. Ability to work unsupervised and demonstrate high‑level problem‑solving skills in a remote environment. Current and valid Australian driver’s licence. Note: This is a physically demanding role and requires the ability to work in all weather conditions, outside of standard business hours at times if required.
