Senior Manager Enterprise Assurance

Join us as a Senior Manager Enterprise Assurance at nbn® Australia . This permanent role reports to the Executive Manager, Group Risk & Assurance. Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive assurance plan that enhances control maturity across the organisation. Influence stakeholders across diverse teams by building a community of assurance contributors. Mentor and train team members while guiding business units in developing tailored assurance programs. Drive execution, monitor progress, and deliver meaningful reporting to senior leadership, executive committees, and the board. Contribute to digitisation initiatives, innovating how assurance is delivered and reported. Qualifications Strong background in internal audit & assurance and corporate governance. Collaborative, with a genuine desire to help business units improve, not just comply. Experience building relationships and tailoring support to varying levels of assurance maturity. Ability to design new processes from the ground up in evolving structural environments. Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging at all levels, including senior leadership.
