About the role We’re on the lookout for a reliable and hard-working Solar Trade Labourer to support our small but growing solar and battery business on the Gold Coast. You’ll work alongside an experienced contractor installing solar systems, running cables and helping to deliver top-quality work for our customers. What you’ll be doing Helping with the installation and mounting of solar panels on a variety of rooftops. Assisting with running and managing cables for solar systems. Following all safety standards and site procedures. Working closely with our electrician to get each job done efficiently and to a high standard. Keeping tools and the work area clean and organised. Local and regional work Associated with this role, including occasional travel and overnight stays with the team for regional jobs. What we’re looking for Must be reliable and willing to have a go. Must hold a current driver’s licence and have working rights in Australia . Experience on roofs, in construction, or in solar is a bonus but not essential. Physically fit and comfortable working at heights. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Commitment to safe work practices and quality results.
