This role is a unique opportunity to own the front-of-house function and deliver a seamless, elevated experience for brides, their families, and their guests. As the face of the showroom, the Showroom Concierge creates a warm, welcoming, and stress-free environment while managing the end-to-end booking process and serving as a key point of contact throughout the entire Luv Bridal journey – beautifully blending client experience with essential administrative responsibilities. About You Passionate about delivering exceptional service – going beyond expectations to create magical, memorable experiences for every bride Previous administration experience in a fast-paced environment Exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, with confident, polished, and professional communication Naturally organised with a strong eye for detail Reliable, adaptable and efficient at using multiple systems with ease About the Role Permanent part-time opportunity on a Wednesday to Saturday roster (30 hours per week) Greet clients and guests to create a warm, inviting, and lasting first impression Manage client appointments and pre-consulting with brides before their appointment Build rapport and create connection with brides to understand their individual needs and provide personalised recommendations either in person, or via email or phone Assisting clients in selecting the perfect bridal gown and accessories Working with a team of highly skilled Bridal Stylists to deliver exceptional customer service General administration tasks as required This is your opportunity to be part of something special – join our team that’s head over heels for LUV and for creating magical bridal moments.
