We are opening a brand-new showroom in Alexandria (estimated opening February 2026) and we’re looking for a passionate and people-driven Assistant Showroom Manager to co‑lead and inspire our growing team. We are looking for a leader who brings positivity, encouragement, and exceptional care to every bride interaction, helping create truly unforgettable experiences. About you: You’re a confident, emotionally intelligent leader who loves inspiring others and creating meaningful connections. You bring both style and structure whilst balancing people leadership, sales drive, and meticulous attention to detail. Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Assistant Store Manager or 2IC in retail, bridal or premium/luxury. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs. Exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, with confident, polished, and professional communication. Driven to exceed expectations and passionate about creating magical, memorable experiences. Naturally organised with a strong eye for detail. Adaptable, reliable and efficient at using multiple systems with ease. About the role: Full‑time Sunday to Thursday roster. Co‑lead and inspire a team of 15 (with up to 20 in high season) to deliver exceptional customer service. Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to foster a high‑performance culture. Motivate a team of bridal stylists to achieve KPI targets. Maintain a safe, welcoming environment for both team and clients. Support with overseeing accurate stock management and inventory control. Ensure every bridal gown is impeccably presented, clean, and well‑cared for. Full training provided at our Crows Nest location. What we offer: Co‑lead a high‑performing team in a brand‑new showroom.
