Business Development Manager – Product Recall

Business Development Manager – Product Recall Responsibilities Develop and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients, converting opportunities into revenue. Build and maintain a portfolio of key accounts to achieve growth targets. Represent Sedgwick at networking events, conferences, and industry forums, building brand presence. Organise and host client engagement activities to strengthen relationships. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery. About you: Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within a commercial environment. Minimum 5-8 years of business development, sales, or account management experience. Strong relationships and knowledge of the safety recalls industry. Skilled at delivering persuasive presentations to senior stakeholders. Strong business acumen, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. Proactive, consultative approach to identifying and tailoring solutions for client needs. Proficient in CRM tools and data analytics.
