About You – The STAR we are trying to find In this great role, you will be managing the centre production workflow, customer service, sales, planning, quoting and administration at the centre using technology and workflow systems. Being successful in this role you will be an experienced designer in print or signage industry with knowledge of preparation of jobs for digital printing, preparing work orders using Adobe Creative Suite. Highly organised and ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced and deadline driven environment Working with customers on the phone, by email and in the centre. Management of digital printing areas, stock control and outsourcing to suppliers Sales & quoting (experience with PrintSmith or similar computer-based workflow Management software will be highly regarded) Providing advice to clients and managing their expectations Skills & Experience you will need: Graphic Design and digital file handling using the latest Adobe software, including a thorough understanding of InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat. You will have proven previous print experience, be able to quote on print jobs, coordinate workflow, build and maintain effective customer relationships and have exceptional time management skills. Managing experience in Print or Signage Industry and having detail knowledgeofmaterials and productionmethodsin the print industry. Providing advice to customers on products and managing the Production workflow with many and varied responsibilities Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and rapport building ability Excellent sales and negotiation skills, have the initiative and drive.
